Since 2008, ADDA Consultants has been the only Eastern European member of the European consortium ACE (Assessment Circle Europe) concerned with improving assessment and development centres. Thanks to the membership in the consortium, we have access to top methodology and take part in the creation of new employee assessment and development tools. We received our basic know-how form the pioneers of the competency approach in, among others, the USA and UK, and have been developing it in Slovakia and other European countries for almost twenty years.
